Your immersion begins with a friendly arrival at a traditional mud-walled dwelling. Depending on the season, you will be seated in a cozy lounge or on a shaded terrace offering breathtaking views of the mountains.
Ritual Welcome: Hand-washing with rose water and a warm welcome by your hosts on carpets and cushions arranged in a circle—a symbol of equality and unity.
Tea Ceremony: A demonstration of the preparation of mint tea (Gunpowder green tea, fresh mint, and sugar) to awaken your senses.

Culinary Exploration: The Art of Tagine and Bread
Before sitting down to eat, take an active part in the meal preparation to understand the secrets of mountain gastronomy.

The Secret of Spices: Learn the use of cumin, saffron, and turmeric in preparing a lamb or vegetable tagine, slow-cooked in its clay pot.
Kneading the Khobz: Get hands-on by kneading and shaping traditional flatbread, which you will bake in the family oven.
Local Produce: Discover ingredients from the family farm: olives, dates, barley, and preserved lemons.
The Communal Meal: A Feast of Sharing
Lunch is served on a large communal dish, respecting the ancestral codes of the Berber table.
